Singapore Airlines aims to raise $500-$750 million in US bond deal

The deal is classified as Reg S, which means the bonds can only be purchased by investors outside of the United States.

Singapore Airlines is planning to raise $500 million to $750 million in a U.S. dollar bond bargain, as indicated by two sources with direct knowledge on the matter. The sources couldn’t be named as the information was not yet unveiled. Singapore Airlines didn’t promptly react to a solicitation for comment. The airline has mandated banks to work on the exchange and will begin briefings with investors about the arrangement on Tuesday, a term sheet seen by Reuters showed. Citigroup Inc and DBS are driving the exchange, with BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered as book runners, the term sheet showed.
