Billionaire Elon Musk’s SpaceX is looking for new capital worth about $ 44 billion, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the issue.

The company is in talks with investors as it raised approximately $ 1 billion at a price of $ 270 a, the report said, adding that the round is unlikely to be completed in the coming months and conditions may change.
