According to Reuters, Canadian accusations on China being cyber-crime threat are groundless, says China.

BEIJING (Reuters) – Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said on Thursday that Canada’s allegations are unfounded when asked whether Canada lists China and Russia as one of the top threats to cybercrime.

Canada on Wednesday first identified state-sponsored programs in China, Russia, Iran and North Korea as major cybercrime threats and said it feared foreign actors could try to disrupt the power supply.
