Re-Reckoning expansion in the Kingdoms of Amalur Publisher THQ Nordic and developer KAIKO have announced that “Fatesworn” will be released on December 14 for $19.99 / €19.99 / £17.99 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Switch version’s release date has yet to be confirmed.
Suggestion For You:
Journey to a brand new Amalur environment filled with snowy tundras, deep caverns, and treacherous enemies, and visit mountain villages and the ancient lakeside city of Crownhold. Master the unstable power of Chaos with a unique new non-combat Skill tree and class of weapons and armor. As the fabled Fatesworn, you will wage a last battle against the Niskaru and their Chaos brethren, as procedurally generated Chaos dungeons turn every region in Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning into a potential battlefield.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam in September 2020.
The biggest new addition, however, is the Chaos Portals that appear all throughout the map. These 25 new dungeons will allow the player to earn new loot that makes use of the new Chaos gameplay mechanic, all connecting to the big bad of the new expansion: Telogrus, the God of Chaos.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning first launched on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on September 8, 2020, followed by a Nintendo Switch port on March 16. The Re-Reckoning package included a remastered version of the original Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning–which originally launched in February 2012–and two DLC expansions: The Legend Of Dead Kel and Teeth Of Naros.
