This month, the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series will finally be available on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Thankfully, the typography has been restored.

The first six Final Fantasy games should now look absolutely fantastic on any system you choose to purchase them on, whether you do so as a single complete bundle or by picking and choosing your favorites.
Moreover, Godhania replies to a tweet affirming that Final Fantasy 6’s complete developer credits are restored. The sixth Final Fantasy’s original Pixel Remaster version omitted a credits scene early in the game, therefore the game’s formerly famous beginning scene lacked the same impact.
