VRTECH Reveals Top Female CEOs of Vacation Rental Companies

News Highlights: VRTECH Reveals Top Female CEOs of Vacation Rental Companies

Worldwide: VRTECH, the team behind the annual VRTECH Startup Competition, has published a list of the Vacation Rental’s Top Female CEOs Tech Businesses.

The prestigious list counts 20 CEOs and, according to the VRTECH team, the main themes heard in relation to their successes are ‘business creativity and the ability to think outside the box, solution-oriented thinking, enthusiasm for their people and teams, and maximum support for diversity ”.

The role of women in technology is widely discussed and reviewed around the world. While significant progress has been made over the past decade, women still have a way to go to achieve true equality with men in the labor market, and more specifically in the technology sector.

According to Silicon Valley Bank, only one in four startups has a female founder. 37 percent of startups have at least one woman on their board of directors and 53 percent have at least one woman in an executive position.
