With its physical face plates and a wide range of DualSense controller colours, Sony has made customization a big part of the PS5 experience. It’s added hues like Starlight Blue, Nova Pink, Cosmic Red, Galactic Purple, and Midnight Black to the app’s list of appearance options in a cute and unexpected update, allowing fans to keep its decorative designs consistent.
While this is a minor detail, it allows you to match the colour scheme of your app to your favourite PS5 shade. We may be being a little too optimistic here, but we wouldn’t be surprised if these colours were added as customisation options on the console itself in a future firmware update. After all, fans have been clamouring for themes, and this would allow for a little more personalization.
