PC Requirements For Call of Duty’s Black Ops 4 Open Beta

Before Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 PC open beta later this week, developer Treyarch has released the minimum and recommended a configuration for players. Treyarch notes that the specs only concern the multiplayer beta version – the game is still in development – and should not be taken as an indication of what the final game will require.

  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2500k or AMD equivalent
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB / GTX 1050 2GB or AMD Radeon HD 7850
  • Hard Disk: 25 GB HD Space
  • DirectX: video card compatible with version 11.0 or equivalent
  • Network: Broadband Internet Connection
  • Soundcard: DirectX compatible

Call of Duty: Requirements for Open Beta of Black Ops 4

  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-4770k or AMD equivalent
  • RAM: 12 GB
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 / GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon R9 390 / AMD RX 580
  • Hard Disk: 25 GB HD Space
  • DirectX: video card compatible with version 11.0, or equivalent
  • Network: Broadband Internet Connection
  • Soundcard: DirectX compatible

To access the open beta version of Black Ops 4 on PC, you will also need a Battle.net account. And those who pre-ordered the game will have early access one day, starting Friday, August 10 at 10 am Pacific Time (10:30 pm IST). The rest will follow Saturday, August 11 at 10 am Pacific Time.

Players will have access to six game modes: Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, Kill Confirmed, Search & Destroy and Control. In terms of maps, the beta version of the Black Ops will include frequency, contraband, seaside, payload, hacienda, and gate blocking.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is released on October 12 on PC, Xbox One, and PS4.
