Project Verify is AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile & Verizon's solution to mobile security

The four major mobile phone operators in the United States announced plans for a new authentication platform for the iPhone and other mobile devices in March. Now, efforts have names.

The Mobile Authentication Working Group consisting of Verizon, AT & T, Sprint, and T-Mobile wireless carriers announced that the effort to prevent fraud and data breach has been named "Project Verify".

"It's time to adopt a complete solution that reduces friction, eradicates fraud and builds trust. The mobile certification workgroup is currently building this solution.

Carrier announced its intention to build an application authentication platform on March 1.

"Project validation solutions change identity management and security and replace passwords with more secure appliance-based multi-factor authentication," the Task Force said. "Consumers are driving by choosing information they are sharing, they only connect to the mobile device, and Project Verify will remain."

Since the document shows that the telecommunications carrier is "building" the technology, it is unknown when it is ready and how far it will actually operate. This project also released the program's video in the widest language.

Despite the merger of Sprint and T – Mobile, members are the top four carriers in the United States.
