Samsung Galaxy A8s Will Arrive Without An In-Display Fingerprint Scanner

Samsung's efforts to revive its smartphone business are attracting consumer attention, but it looks like its biggest launch in January will be the Galaxy A8.

When yesterday the Galaxy A6 and the Galaxy A9 for China was announced, the company criticized the future design without glasses of the smartphone, which would use a display hole for the camera selfie face. Apart from that, we do not know much about the smartphone. Stever Hemmerstoffer, a trusted specialist, confirmed that there are currently three color options planned: blue, green and silver. Despite the recent trend towards in-display fingerprint scanners, it seems that this feature did not make the cut.

According to the latest information, the Galaxy A8 will be the first Samsung smartphone to feature the Snapdragon 710. Qualcomm, RAM and storage accounts are unclear, but a relatively small 3000 mAh battery will be included. A triple camera configuration on the back and an Android 9 Pie that's pretty much ready to use are also likely.
