Sennheiser is involved in augmented reality space. Headphone and audio equipment makers announced today that they partnered with Magic Leap to develop space audio accessories for the AR helmet platform.
This includes participating in a certification program that "works with Magic Leap". This is basically how Magic Leap basically checks whether accessories and tools work in a way that interacts with headphones. Sennheiser also suggested that there is the possibility of sharing more news at the Magic Leap LEAP conference to be held in Los Angeles next month. Currently, the user can listen to the sound through headphones plugged into the built-in headset speaker or headphone jack.
After years of secrets, Magic Leap announced Magic Leap One Creator Edition (AR helmet designed for developers) last month. Headphones themselves are very scientific fiction, HatsukoAdi Robertson did not admire the available applications. Still, it is the beginning of time, probably as the developer can now create content for that, the technology will only improve from there.
