Over the years, WhatsApp's capabilities have greatly expanded to include video calls, file shares, and GIF files. And after months of internal testing, WhatsApp has begun to provide support for the sticker packs.
Just like GIF files, iOS users can access new sticker packs via an additional submenu located in the area for sending photos and videos.
Meanwhile, Android owners can access the stickers via a new submenu added to the emoji section. Initially, only a simple sticker pack will be available, but users can download a variety of other packs, including all types of stickers they want. It also supports some third-party sticker packages.
When you receive a sticker, users can click on it to see additional information about the particular sticker package that has not been installed.
The new sticker packs are provided in version 2.18.329 of the Android application, although users with version 2.18.310 or later can get them. IOS users must use version 2.18.100.
