The Razer BlackShark V2 X is the Razer BlackShark V2’s simpler, cheaper brother. Even though these wired headphones don’t have a lot of features like partner software or a USB sound card, they still provide a good audio experience for gaming. They are comfortable enough to use for long gaming sessions, they can be used with wires on most systems, and their boom microphone does a great job of picking up your voice even in loud places. Even though we don’t test it yet, these headphones also have a function that lets you download a virtual soundstage. Still, the bass and treble aren’t always the same, and some parts, like the metal hinges and audio wires on the ear cups, feel a little bit flimsy.

Where to get Razer BlackShark V2 X Gaming Headset?
From the beginning, it’s clear that the Razer BlackShark V2 is a gaming headset, thanks to its boom mic, big volume dial, and bright green accents. But this headset isn’t as flashy as some other Razer headphones. The headphones are smooth and not as big as, say, the Razer Kraken Ultimate or the Thresher. They don’t have any weird design details or colored LEDs. Compared to other earphones, even the Razer logo is pretty small. In general, it looks less like a Razer headset and more like a normal pair of headphones.
When picking a gaming headset, sound quality isn’t the only important thing to think about. When choosing a gaming headset, the clarity of the microphone can be just as important, if not more so, than the sound quality. This is especially true for people who play a lot of group games. Those who only play single-player games may be able to get by with a standard pair of headphones or something without a microphone. But for people who want to use their computer headset for communication, the quality of the microphone is an important selling point.
