What is Android Bedtime mode?
Bedtime mode is a part of Digital Wellbeing that lets you limit what your phone can do when you need a break from it. The feature is called “Sleep” on Samsung devices. It is one of five modes, which also include Driving, Exercise, Relax, and Work. Samsung also lets you make your own custom mode.
With Bedtime mode, you can set the times you want to go to sleep and wake up, and the alarms will go off every day at those times. During that time, you can also turn on DnD mode to stop calls, messages, and notifications. But you don’t have to use DnD mode. Turn off DnD if you want your favorite people and apps to be able to reach you.

Bedtime mode on Android guides you towards better sleep habits by muting notifications and making your phone less interesting. Samsung’s take on the feature says it will mute all sounds and alerts, but that isn’t the whole story.
