Wish is an American online shopping site where sellers and buyers can do business. Piotr Danny Zhang started the business in 2010. - Open the Wish app on your iPhone or Android device.

- From your “Order History” list, find and tap on the item you want to cancel.
- Select “Need help with this item?“
- Choose “Cancel this item.” The cancelation must take place within 8 hours of placing the order or you risk the item getting shipped.
- That’s it! The order gets canceled immediately after you tap on the “Cancel this item” option. Confirm that the order got canceled before exiting the “Order History” section.
Canceling a Wish Order On Desktop
- Go to www.wish.com
- In the top right corner, select ‘Sign in.’
- You will be asked to log in with your email address and password. Alternatively, you can sign in with your Facebook account or your Google account.
- Once you’re logged in, select ‘Order History’ from your profile options
- Select the item you wish to cancel and click ‘Contact Support.’
- Next, select ‘I want to cancel my order.’
- There are no cancellation charges.
- If your order has already been processed (but not shipped), you will have to put in a refund request. Refund requests must be completed on the Wish mobile app.
- Open up the app and log into your account.
- Once you’re logged in, in the top right corner of the app there are three straight lines. Select ‘Order History’ from the drop-down menu that appears.
- Choose the option you prefer.
- Select ‘Confirm.’
What’s the Wish App Catch?
The worst thing about the Wish app is that you won’t get most things quickly. For many items, shipping can take anywhere from 11 to 22 business days, which means it can take up to a month to get your item.
Under “fast shipping,” you can find some items that will arrive in 5–7 days. Because these things come straight from China, they don’t get here in two or three days like packages from Amazon and other stores with warehouses in the U.S. do.
Another catch is that the size of clothes and the finished product might not be the same as what you see in the pictures. You might also get the wrong color or something else. On Wish, it’s more important to look at user photos and read reviews than it is on Amazon and other sites.
