The Xiaomi Mi Band 7 has an AMOLED display that measures 1.62 inches and has a resolution of 490 by 192 pixels. This provides much greater screen real estate than the previous iteration. This increase in size results in a more streamlined user experience, which is especially noticeable when combined with the band’s always-on display. In addition, the battery life of the Mi Band 7 has been increased, and it comes equipped with capabilities such as continuous SpO2 monitoring with low-level alerts and a revamped user interface.
The user can further personalize the device by selecting from over one hundred different animated watch faces. The Xiaomi Mi Band 7, which is also known as the Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 7 in various parts of the world, is equipped with the tools and sensors necessary to monitor your sleep, heart rate, and stress levels in addition to tracking your fitness fundamentals. Athletes can take advantage of the band’s multitude of sport tracking modes and additional exercise analysis features. On the other hand, the band does not come with an integrated GPS system, and the worldwide model does not have NFC functionality for making digital payments.

Where to get Xiaomi Mi Band 7?
Historically, Xiaomi’s fitness bands have not been the most accurate. Mi Bands, for example, have a tendency to display values that are far lower than what you would get from a chest strap while you are doing out. Given how reasonably priced the Mi Bands are, this really shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. However, the producer of Xiaomi’s products strives to increase the accuracy of each new model, and based on the results of my testing, I can say with certainty that the Band 7 feels more accurate than its predecessor.
Despite this, Xiaomi is finding it harder and harder to breathe these days. At less than $70, the Fitbit Inspire 2 comes in at a price point that is not significantly higher than that of the Smart Band 7. It only has a screen that displays a single color, and Fitbit is infamous for having lower performance when it comes to synchronizing notifications, but the health tracking functions on it are more accurate. On the other hand, I always find myself missing the automatic workout tracking that Fitbit provided on Xiaomi Bands. This is because Fitbit made it feasible for me to record my regular bike rides as workouts without having to remember to do so manually each time.
