Reliance Jio vs Airtel vs Vodafone: Compare Plans under Rs 500

Vodafone has two prepaid plans under Rs 500 with 2 GB data, Airtel has three plans under Rs 500 that offer 2 GB of data per day. Reliance Jio has two plans that offer 2 GB of data per day, such as Rs 249, Rs 444 under Rs 500.

The telecom giants Vodafone, Reliance Jio and Airtel have become very aggressive with their prepaid plans. Since the December price hike, network operators have made many changes to their prepaid plans and even discontinued some. The price hike has not really affected subscribers as the benefits remain the same and the telecom companies have designed the best possible plans to meet the needs of their customers.

The re are different types of customers, while some prefer a lot of internet data on their phone, others use their phone only for calling. Reliance Jio, Airtel and Vodafone have prepaid plans with different prices, but all three companies offer some of the most efficient prepaid plans under Rs 500 that offer a whopping 2 GB of data per day.

Vodafone

Vodafone doesn’t have too many options to choose from when it comes to delivering 2 GB of data per day. It has two prepaid plans such as the Rs 299, Rs 449. The Rs 299 comes with 2 GB of data per day along with 100 SMS per day, unlimited calls to all networks and a free subscription to streaming apps such as Vodafone play and Zee 5. The plan is only valid for 28 days.

The Rs 449 plan, on the other hand, offers 2 GB of data per day, along with the usual calling benefits offered by the Rs 249 plan, but is valid for 56 days. Any plan that offers data of 2 GB below 500 can be called as efficient, as it offers many data benefits, along with the usual calling options.

Airtel

Airtel now has many interesting prepaid plans and unlike Vodafone, it has three plans under Rs 500 with 2 GB of data per day, such as Rs 298, Rs 349, Rs 449. Rs 349 comes with 2 GB of data per day, unlimited calls and 100 text messages per day. It is valid for 28 days. While the Rs 449 plan, on the other hand, offers similar benefits but has a 56-day validity, and if you want to make some more money, go for the Rs 698 plan which offers the same benefits but can be used for 84 days.

Reliance Jio

Jio is a complete people pleaser when it comes to offering prepaid plans. It currently has two plans that offer 2 GB of data per day, such as Rs 249, Rs 444 under Rs 500.
The Rs 249 is one of the cheapest but most efficient plans compared to the other plans. Aside from 2 GB of data per day, it comes with unlimited Jio-to-Jio calling and a free subscription to Jio apps. The plan is valid for 28 days.
The Rs 444 plan, on the other hand, has the same things to offer, along with Jio to Jio Unlimited, Jio to Non-Jio FUP of 2,000 minutes, but is valid for 56 days.
