3. Launch Xilisoft Video Converter, and then click the “Add” button on the toolbar. Click “Add Files” on the drop-down menu, and then browse to the video file on your hard drive you want to use as a video ringtone for the iPhone. Highlight the video file name, and then click “Open.
4. Click the “Profile” button, and then select “iPhone.” Select the “MPEG-4 (480×320)(*.MP4)” setting.
5. Click the “Clip (scissors)” icon on the toolbar, and then select a 30-second section of the video clip to use as a ringtone using the navigation buttons in the clip window. Enable the “Output Segments as a Whole One” option, and then click “Apply.”
6. Click the “Convert” button on the toolbar, and then select a folder in which to save the new iPhone video ringtone file. Enter a descriptive name for the new video ringtone. Click the “Convert” button to convert the selected section of the original clip and save it as an MP4 file compatible with the iPhone.

Steps To Add Video Ringtones on iPhone 

Vyng

1. Find “Vyng” in Google Play – look for a blue and white logo
2. Tap on “install”
3. Wait for the application to be downloaded and installed
4. Open the app and tap on “Get Started”
5. “Enable Vyng” will be displayed with all of its options and features
6. Tap on Permissions and allow Vyng to access your contacts
7. Tap on Draw Video and give Vyng permission to display a video on your phone
8. Tap on Audio to allow Vyng to play music with your video
9. Do the same for Autostart Vyng and Notification Access, as that will ensure that Vyng works for every call and that it displays a full-screen video
