How to Disable ‘Shake to Undo’ on iPhone and iPad

“Shake to Undo” is a motion-sensing feature that lets you erase what you typed or did in other ways and do them again. When you Disable ‘Shake to Undo’ on your iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, it became very popular. It was a lot like the Command + Z keystroke on a Mac, but for the iPhone.

So after disabling shake to undo if you tend to shake your Phone by accident, you won’t get an alert to prevent the undo. But you will have to use the backspace key to erase the giant paragraph or words of the sentence.

What Is Shake to Undo?

Shake to Undo does exactly what its name says it will do. If you make a mistake while typing and want to delete what you just did, you just have to shake your iPhone. If you have this feature turned on, a message will pop up asking if you want to undo the last thing you did. The feature works the same whether you are typing a text, typing in your browser, or typing in any other app.
