The fact that you can do more than with a typical point-and-shoot camera is a big part of what makes Android photography fun. After all, it’s just a camera lens attached to a computer. And a panorama is one of the easiest (and coolest) shots to take. If you ask most people to describe what a panoramic picture is, they will probably be quick to take Panoramic Photo.
We all seem to know what a panorama looks like, but what does it mean, and how is it different from panoramic? Panorama means a wide, uninterrupted view of a place. Panoramic is an adjective form of the word panorama. It is often used to describe how a photo looks. (Ex. “Wow! What a great photo of the whole scene!
For those who don’t know what a panorama is (we know you’re out there, it’s OK), it’s a wide-angle shot made up of a number of images that are stitched together. It’s usually an option in your camera app, and to take a panorama, you move your phone around so that it can capture more than just a single view. Panoramas are fun, but you might need a little practice to get good at them. Visit their official website for more information.

Tips for Great Panoramas
Take a test shot
You can do this by tapping the “pano” or “panoramic” button on your phone. To take the pictures, put your phone in landscape mode and hold it horizontally. You’ll see an arrow pointing in the direction you want to move the image. Also, when you take the picture, hold the phone in a straight line. Taking a panorama with a mobile camera can be hard because there are so many things that can go wrong. Problems like blurry movement or a moving arm can quickly ruin an image. Taking a practice shot will help you reduce the chances of something going wrong.
Use HDR
In a landscape panorama, there is a wider range of colors. If you turn on HDR, the whites will be brighter and you’ll be able to see more detail in the dark areas. Some of the darker parts of the picture may look too dark for the picture, and the fine details may be lost. Without HDR, it’s easy for the clouds and sky to be too bright.
Set your shot up
Before you take the picture, look at where it will be. Do things show up in the foreground? Does a tree move when the wind blows? The next step is to move around so that you mostly see the background and not the foreground, and to stay away from things that are close to you. Take note of how close things are to each other. Also, if you are inside and one wall is closer than the others, the image may look distorted.
Don’t move the phone
If you have to work hard to keep the camera still and the arrow on the line, there may be too much shake. Try out a tripod or a stabilizer and see what happens. So, this will help you get a steady picture by reducing camera shake. Also, you can keep your phone steady by tucking your elbows in and making sure your phone is steady.
Lock Exposure
Because your phone can change focus, the lighting and exposure can change. So, as you move through the picture, the exposure changes, making one side darker than the other. When you do the dry run, pay attention to what parts of the picture are too bright and what parts are too dark. Look for a spot in the middle of the picture and tap the lock exposure button to get the right exposure. The exposure will stay set while the picture is taken, and the whole panorama will have the same exposure.
