From the outside, the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 Ti seems to come in a surprisingly small box, but the inside is well covered by thick foam. As of now, almost all of the RTX 40 series graphics cards that have been revealed are very big. To support the weight and size of the card, each brand has added some kind of support system. The ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 Ti comes with a 3 x PCIe 8-pin to 1 x 12VHPWR connector and a graphics card support that can also be used as a screwdriver. The ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 Ti looks a lot like the other ROG Strix RTX 40 series cards that have been announced so far.
I personally think it looks much better than the last generation of ROG Strix cards. The triple-fan cooler is surprisingly well-made; the whole thing is put together so well that it feels very solid when you hold it. There are also three screw holes on the other side of the card, which looks like they’re ready for some kind of retention plate that could be used if it’s put in an ASUS ROG prebuilt system.
There are also two fan headers under the screw holes, so you can add cooling fans to it if you need to, mostly to help the card stay cool. It is clear that 12VHPWR is the only way to power up the RTX 40 series graphics cards. You can choose a power source that already has the 12VHPWR cable or a custom cable made by a reputable custom cable manufacturer instead of the adapter that comes with the kit. NVIDIA mentioned a TGP of 285W for the RTX 4070 Ti and suggested a power supply with at least 700W. This is less than the official specs for the previous-generation RTX 4070 Ti, which say it needs a 750W power supply.

Where to Get Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 Ti?
It is true that there are a great number of RTX 4070 Ti cards available, but the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 Ti boasts the most aesthetically pleasing design and the highest build quality of all the cards that we have tested up to this point. In addition to the fact that it is excellent at cooling, it satisfies the other criteria that I am looking for in a graphics card for my system. It is not overly showy with RGB parts, and it is constructed rather well. Due to the fact that I have witnessed the capabilities of the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, I do not have any negative comments to make on its performance.
Unlike the RTX 3090, however, it does not contain 24 gigabytes of video memory (VRAM). If you do not require a significant amount of video memory (VRAM) and are looking for a powerful graphics card that is capable of meeting the majority of your gaming requirements, I would recommend the RTX 4070 Ti. Our previous test demonstrates that the Radeon RX 7900 XTX is still not as strong at ray tracing, despite the fact that it was better at raster than even the RTX 4080. This is despite the fact that we have not yet tested the Radeon RX 7900 XT, which costs the same amount of $799 as the RTX 4070 Ti.
