The Logitech MX Master 2S is an excellent office mouse. It feels exceptionally well-made and should be comfortable enough to last a full workday without causing discomfort. Its abundance of programmable button options will likely appeal to multimedia creators as well, though those with smaller hands may struggle to reach all of the buttons. Of course, it all starts with the design. The Logitech MX Master 2S is available in three colors, with ours being dark gray and encased in a rubberized textured body with a metallic silver trim, a pronounced thumb grip, and a size (5.0 in x 3.4 in x 2.0 in) that, while not exactly compact, fits well in the hands of most users.
It’s a little on the heavy side at 5.1 oz (145 g). However, it is not particularly noticeable and has little effect on performance. Furthermore, the mouse remains well balanced and ergonomically shaped, which are more important than weight. In addition to the left and right buttons and the middle scroll wheel, the MX Master 2S has a horizontal scrolling wheel next to the thumb grip and five additional buttons. Except for the computer selector and L/R buttons, these are highly customizable, allowing you to personalize this mouse – to some extent, of course – to meet your productivity needs.

Though it isn’t the best mouse for gaming because it lacks game-specific features like minimal latency, on-the-fly DPI switching, and a Sniper button, it works well for non-FPS games.
It has a few noteworthy features, but we’ll focus on the most impressive ones. To begin, its Darkfield sensor enables high precision tracking on any surface up to 4,000 DPI. And when they say any surface, they really mean any surface. Then there’s the Logitech Flow system, which lets you connect to and use it on three different computers at the same time. This means you can move from one computer to another without switching systems, even if you copy and paste text and files. The option to use only one computer at a time is still available.
