The Fitbit Versa 3 is a great device because it has GPS built in and a few design changes. Like its predecessor, it’s more of a fitness tracker than a smartwatch, and it doesn’t have many apps that can help you get things done. You do get a long-lasting battery, a better display than before, and a lot of fitness data, which makes this a very appealing and affordable choice to the Apple Watch. But since this is the third version of the popular Versa line, it’s a little disappointing that Fitbit is still missing the mark in some ways.

Where to get Fitbit Versa 3 smartwatch?
The Versa 3 has the same square-ish watch body and metal frame as the Versa 2, but the 1.58-inch AMOLED screen is now bigger and the borders are thinner. It’s clear, bright, and easy to see even in the sun. It can stay on all the time (in a toned-down version that shows less information) so you can see the time without moving your wrist. And since Fitbit lets you use watch faces from other companies, you have a lot of choices.
Even though it looks better, the touchscreen and interface on the Fitbit are still not as fast as those on the Apple Watch or Galaxy Watch, which also have AMOLED screens. The Versa 3 has a little bit of lag between swipes, and it takes a while for apps to load and information to show up.
The Versa 3 doesn’t have a real side button like its predecessors. Instead, it has a haptic side button that is indented. In theory, this works just like a real button, but the haptic feedback is nowhere near as satisfying as hitting a real button, and it takes some getting used to. Not every change in design has a learning curve, which is good. Fitbit also changed how the straps work on the Versa 3, so now you just have to press a button to change them. It’s so much easier than the old ones, which had a small clasp that was hard to use.
