The Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 14 (2020) is a 2-in-1 Windows laptop that can be used as a tablet. It comes with AMD Ryzen 4000 or Intel 10th Gen U-series processors and graphics that are built in. There is an option for a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce MX330 GPU, but it is only available on models with an Intel Core i7 CPU. The laptop can have as much as 16GB of memory and 1TB of storage space. It only comes with an IPS 1080p 60Hz screen.
The design of the IdeaPad Flex 5 isn’t special or flashy, but it doesn’t look bad either. It’s actually pretty stylish with its charcoal grey metal coating on the front with the Lenovo logo inlaid on the top-right corner. When you open the laptop, you’ll see a 14-inch screen with decently thin edges.

Where to get Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 laptop?
The webcam is in the middle of the top bezel and is covered by a physical cover that can be opened and closed with a handy slider. The deck has a nice soft-touch plastic coating that makes typing easy and comfortable. The keyboard is in the middle of two speakers that face the front.
The touchpad is in the middle of the area below the keyboard, and the fingerprint scanner is on the right. On the bottom right, just below the scanner, there is a third Lenovo logo. When you turn the system over, you can see another simple design made of grey plastic. There is a big vent in the centre for airflow and rubber stoppers to prevent the laptop from sliding around on a smooth surface.
It was easy to get around with this laptop. This 2-in-1 is 12.7 inches by 8.6 inches by 0.8 inches and weighs 3.3 pounds. It fits easily into any backpack and, to my surprise, my purse. Still, it’s a little bit heavier than the HP Envy x360 13 (2.9 pounds, 0.7 inches) and the Lenovo Yoga C740 (3 pounds, 0.7 inches), and it’s about the same size as the Acer Spin 3. (3.3 pounds, 0.7 inches).
On the left side of the Flex 5, you’ll find a power port, an HDMI 1.4b output, a USB Type-C port, and an audio combo jack. The laptop can be charged through the USB-C port, and Lenovo includes an AC adapter with a USB-C plug. This makes the dedicated power port obsolete. Since the laptop only has one USB-C port, you might want to ask your store if you can get a barrel-style AC adapter instead. So, you can use the USB-C port and charge the laptop at the same time.
