Even though the Surface Pro X is sleek and well-designed, thin and light, and comfortable to type on, it’s hard for us to suggest it to most people. Because it doesn’t have a headphone jack and can’t run a wide range of apps, it’s only good for a small number of people. The Microsoft Surface Pro X looks and feels great, no question about it. Microsoft’s latest attempt at a Surface Pro device built on ARM could have been just as good.
It even has the SQ1, which is Microsoft’s first original chip. It was made in partnership with Qualcomm. However, it falls short of what was hoped for. A few important design choices for the Pro X really disappoint us. This tablet/laptop combo doesn’t have a headphone jack, and its battery life, while good, isn’t as good as that of its predecessors or similar products. And that’s before we talk about the prices.

Where to get Microsoft Surface Pro X?
At first look, the price of the Surface Pro X might seem pretty good, especially when compared to some of its competitors. In reality, though, the price is too high for the amount of performance you get. Overall, we find it hard to suggest the Surface Pro X to most people. The Surface Pro X just trims and rounds off the old-school form of the original Surface Pro, making it even thinner and lighter. In particular, the Pro X is 11.3 x 8.2 x 0.28 inches (287 x 208 x 7.3mm) and weighs 1.7 pounds (774g).
Even with the Type Cover on, the tablet feels surprisingly light and fits into almost any bag. Microsoft has also gotten rid of the original Surface Pro’s sharp corners. This makes the Pro X look and feel much more modern and like a smartphone. We like how these small changes to the Surface Pro X’s design make it feel more like an iPhone XR than a Windows tablet, which is a good thing. The Surface Pro X only comes in one color, a matte black metal finish with a black Type Cover that doesn’t have Alcantara fabric, which is a shame. This look is definitely sleek and understated, so it’s not all that bad.
