Status’s first pair of in-ear headphones are the Status Between Pro True Wireless. These mid-range buds are made to look as good as they sound. Their hybrid triple driver system is the only one of its kind in truly wireless earbuds, and it can help improve the sound quality. They have a lot of deep bass, but there is no active noise cancellation (ANC) or any way to change how the sound sounds. Luckily, their batteries last long enough that you don’t have to charge them every day. They also use the higher-quality aptX codec for streaming audio.

Where to get Status Between Pro True Wireless Earbuds?
The Status Between Pro don’t look like most other truly wireless earbuds. Instead of looking like bullets or having stems like AirPods, they’re more like tiny USB thumb drives with earbuds you can pop into your ears. They are about an inch long and half as wide. They come in black and silver, with a black pillbox-shaped charging case.
Status made good use of the shape because it gave them more room to work with than other true wireless earbuds. As we’ll talk about in more detail later, there’s just more space for things, like the large battery, triple drivers, or two mics on each bud. The earpieces have an IPX5 water-resistance rating, which means they can handle small splashes from any direction. This means you can sweat in them or wear them in the rain, but you shouldn’t wash them under the tap or submerge them. The charging case isn’t waterproof, so make sure the earpieces are dry before docking them.
The way these earbuds are controlled is fine. Each bud has a single button on the top of its body. This button is the only way to change any setting. They click and feel good, and chimes let you know when you’ve reached the maximum or minimum volume level. But there are no chimes to let you know when to skip a track. You can also move them around in your ear by pressing the buttons, which is annoying when you consider how heavy they are.
