It’s the Edifier R1280T Powered Bookshelf Speakers, and I thought you might like to know about them. I just recently got them for a great price—17% off! Now only $99.99 on Amazon. These speakers have completely changed the way I listen to music at home. Not only does it sound great, it looks great and can be used in any room. The sound standard these speakers give me is best ever, whether I’m view a movie, hear to music, or playing games. To be honest, they might not be as flashy as some other speaker lines.
The Edifier R1280T speakers have a basic look and are made of a mix of matter, such as MDF and plastic. The dark grey finish gives it a classy look, and the wooden outside doesn’t look too fancy, but it’s still pretty nice. I like how much attention to detail there is. Those little foam feet on the bottom? They’re not just for looks; they keep the speakers stable on any surface and stop them from shaking. Also, Edifier didn’t skimp on the little details.
The silver separator on the grill and their name are just the right amount of fancy to finish off the look. Taking off the front grills makes the car look much better, but keep in mind that it leaves the drivers vulnerable. I keep the covers on when they’re not in use to keep everything clean and free of dust. The tweeter is well covered, but the woofer is out in the open. I’m really pleased with these speakers as a whole. Because they work so well and can be used in so many ways, they more than make up for their less plush feel. If you want a good pair of bookshelf speakers, I promise you that the Edifier R1280T will not let you down.

Where to Get Edifier R1280T Powered Bookshelf Speakers?
Since I’ve had the R1280ts for a while, I have to say that they’re pretty great. They are active bookshelf speakers with a dual driver setup that includes a 4″ bass/full range driver and a 13mm silk dome tweeter. Together, they put out 42W RMS, with 21W coming from each speaker. The coolest thing about them is the front-firing, wide bass reflex port, which makes the sound better overall, especially for the price.
One thing I’ve noticed is how loud the highest volume is. These speakers can fill a room with full, rich music that most people will enjoy. Plus, these speakers don’t change the sound quality when the volume is turned down like some speakers with passive radiators or bass ports in the back. You don’t have to worry about where to put them; they sound great on a desk or a shelf.
The cloth covers have also been on and off for me, and I like the sound better without them. I should also say that I will keep listening to the sound with the covers off to see if there is a big change. Overall, though, the R1280t’s have been a great addition to my setup. They work well and sound great without costing a fortune.
