The app works just fine with iPadOS multitasking features like Split View and Slide Over, too, so you can use other apps as well as this one while staying connected. In addition, it’s feet allows support for Apple Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil giving added comfort when typing and interacting.
It promised that the iPad offering is built on its multi-device technology which means that messages, calls and media are kept in sync between devices securely, including iPhones and Macs, with end-to-end encryption a priority.
For people who share their iPad, Chat Lock another button, and is a step they can have an extra layer of privacy around sensitive conversations.
