Razer makes some of the best gaming laptops, so it’s hard not to look at what they have to offer. The company always makes sleek products that look more like MacBook Pros than the many aggressive gaming machines on the market. Razer also charges a huge premium, and the new Razer Blade 16 is the best of the laptops that bring the RTX 4090 and 4080 to mobile.

Razer Blade 16 vs Alienware x16: Keyboard
The keyboard seems to be the same as it was last year, which is exactly what we expected. As a former Blade owner, we are used to Razer keyboards, so it didn’t take me long to get good at typing on this computer. The layout is well thought out, and each key is in a place that makes sense.
The only strange thing about it is that the power button is where the Del key is usually. Some people might find it hard to get used to how shallow the keystroke is, but I’ve found that it just takes time. It helps that the keys are pretty big, and when you press them, you get a lot of feedback.
For the Core i9-13900HK version, customers can choose between up to 32 GB of LPDDR5-6000 RAM and up to 4 TB of PCIe storage. The device can also be set up with either a CherryMX ultra-low-profile mechanical keyboard or an Alien X Series keyboard.
Both of these keyboards have AlienFX RGB lighting for each key. Some configurations also have AlienFX effects for the touchpad, which Dell says is 15% bigger than the one in the Alienware x17 R2. You can buy this laptop from its official website.
Razer Blade 16 vs Alienware x16: Screen
Razer has virtually eliminated the bezel that surrounds the screen, which has allowed the company to fit a complete 16-inch panel with a 16:10 aspect ratio into the space that was formerly reserved for 15-inch displays with a 16:9 aspect ratio. And it makes it so much better than it was before. we will be back to gush some more over the screen, but suffice it to say that up until now, we have never felt this way about a laptop panel. We are really impressed.
The Alienware x16 also makes its debut with a new 16-inch QHD+ (2560 x 1600) 240Hz panel option. This screen features a reaction time of 3 milliseconds and colours that are 100% DCI-P3. You also have the choice between going with a Full HD display that has a refresh rate of 480Hz or going with a QHD+ panel that has a slower refresh rate of 165Hz but covers the full sRGB colour gamut. You can get this laptop from its official website
Razer Blade 16 vs Alienware x16: Performance
When we got our first look at this new generation of gaming laptops at CES, we knew right away that we wanted the Razer Blade 16. Now that we have it in my hands, this slightly bulkier Blade notebook is delivering levels of productivity and gaming performance on a mobile platform that have never been seen before.
It has some impressive technical skills, and I’m a little bit in love with it. Even so, just a little bit. We are getting frame rates in games that are the same as those of a desktop RTX 3090 graphics card, but we are using about 70% less power.
Aside from how it looks, the Alienware x16 has the latest Intel 13th Generation processors and up to Nvidia 4090 and 4080 graphics. This means that the performance of this laptop has not been sacrificed to make it thinner.
Alienware used its Element 31 thermal interface material, which is made of a Gallium-Silicone, on the CPU and GPU, as well as a large vapour chamber, to keep all the parts cool in the slim frame.
Which one should you buy?
Razer is an excellent option for you to consider when looking for a peripheral. If you are in the market for a new personal computer, you should go with Alienware. Despite having a higher price tag, most consumers agree that the full-fledged personal computers offered by Razer are of a worse quality than those offered by Alienware. This is probably because of the different priorities that are placed on manufacturing.

Razer Blade 16 PROS AND CONS

Is Razer Blade better than Alienware?
Razer is a good choice if you want a piece of hardware. If you want a new computer, you should get an Alienware. Even though they cost more, most people find that Razer’s full-fledged PCs aren’t as good as Alienware’s. This is likely because the way they make things is different.
Why is Razer Blade so hot?
The aluminium frame of the Razer Blade helps heat escape, which makes the surface feel warmer. How well a laptop gets rid of heat depends on the temperature of the room, the airflow, and the surface it rests on.
Why are Alienware laptops so thick?
does it help gaming? or heating? 11yr Most Alienware systems have pretty great cooling systems. At least on my M18x R1, the back of the laptop is almost entirely made up of a big aluminium radiator. This lets the system cool down much faster and better than the average laptop.
