The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 aren’t the best earbuds on the market, but they work well as a regular headset. Most people will be happy with the sound quality, and even though the noise cancellation isn’t the best, it’s pretty good for the price. Even so, it might be hard to justify buying this over the more advanced Galaxy Buds Pro or the more comfortable and cheaper Galaxy Buds Plus.
The Galaxy Buds 2 look different from their siblings, which is one way to tell them apart. If the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live are most like beans, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 are most like pebbles because they are small, mostly round, and very smooth. They fit into a round case made of plastic that is easy to slide into a pocket.

Where yo buy Galaxy Buds 2?
When you open the case, you’ll see that each Bud is either lavender, olive, white, or graphite. But it’s important to note that the Buds and the inside of the case will be a different colour, while the outside of the case will always be white.
Samsung says that the new Galaxy Buds 2 are 15% smaller and 20% lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus. This makes them easier to wear for long periods of time. The fact that they are a bit smaller makes them harder to handle and more likely to fall out of their case or your ears.
The Buds are magnetised to stick to the metal charging pins in the case, so this won’t happen very often. However, you should be careful when taking them out or putting them back in their case, so they don’t fall out and land somewhere you can’t reach.
The Galaxy Buds 2 can be controlled through tap-and-hold gestures, motion detection, and digital help. About 70% of the time, tapping works, but you can also use swipes, which I found to be better for playback. For some strange reason, you have to turn on the app’s multi-tap gestures before you can use them. Other models let you use them right away.
The Galaxy Buds 2 have a different way of detecting when they are on the ear. Instead of taking out just one earbud to stop the music, you have to take out both. That was just one of the things I didn’t like about the feature. The other two are that it has a 2-second delay and doesn’t start playing automatically when you put the buds back in your ears.
