The Dell Inspiron 3000 is a great laptop, especially for students, on the lower end of the price range. Even though it’s not too expensive, it’s a 17-inch laptop that works well and lasts for a long time. And most people will really like the big screen for watching movies and TV shows.
The Dell Inspiron 15 3000 (3511) has an Intel Core i3-1115G4 processor, 4GB of RAM, a 128GB solid-state drive, and an Intel UHD graphics chip that is built in. It has low-end graphics and only half the memory we’d expect from a good laptop, but the processor is still a step up from the Celeron CPUs that come with even cheaper laptops.

Where to get Dell Inspiron 3000 laptop?
The quality of the build is fine. Even though it’s made of plastic, it seems to be well-made, and there aren’t any gaps that stand out. When the laptop is closed, the screen and keyboard deck bend a little bit, but not much. In the same way, oil gets on the plastic chassis from handling, but it’s not a big deal. Check out the Dell XPS 13 if you want a higher-end laptop with better build quality (2021).
The 3511 model doesn’t look too different from the 3505, but that’s not a bad thing. The frame of the laptop is well-made and sturdy, and the carbon-black colour gives it a sleek, modern look. At 3.8 pounds, it’s one of the lighter 15-inch laptops, but the 15-inch Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 is even lighter. The 3511 is 0.7 inches high, 14.1 inches wide, and 9.2 inches deep, which is about average for its weight class. It may be big, but it’s not too hard to handle.
When compared to the older Inspiron 15 3501, the newer Inspiron 15 3511 has fewer ports. For example, the Cable lock slot and RJ-45 port are no longer there. Dell didn’t even bother to include a USB-C connection. According to Dell’s product page, this HDMI port can only support up to 1080p60 and has no 2K or 4K options. The SD card reader built into the computer is slow. Our UHS-II test card takes more than 50 seconds to move 1 GB of pictures to the desktop, while the HP Pavilion 15-eg does it in just 14 seconds.
