Be intentional and show up for you’re the people in your life because that is what friends do. 

Find friends who’d drop everything if you needed them. There is nothing as depressing as going through college on your own. Don’t isolate yourself when there are so many students ready to embrace you. Remember to be yourself because that is all you’ve really got. Trying to be someone else just to fit in will not work out in the long run.

You are not alone because aside from your friends, your professors are there to offer help when you need it. Always ask for help whenever you’re stuck. If you’re feeling stressed, see the school counselor because only a professional can help you process your thoughts.
