Best Upcoming FPS Games – List
1. Aftercharge
Gain neon wings and use your first-person shooter skills in this Chainsawesome Games 3-on-3 competitive shooter. Participate in funny neon glitches against invisible robots and invincible security squads. The game is divided into two teams: one part tries to sneak to destroy all the energy extractors of the site, while the other defends against surprise attacks. Do whatever is necessary to defend and strategically attack your opponent’s tactics before he can act.
2. Far Cry: New Dawn
The upcoming installment of Far Cry welcomes a new dawn in more ways than one. In the middle of their sea of white, men lead, this new title brings – not one – but two BLACK women leads to the center of the stage. There was a little noise around this, especially with the rather faded tease of box-art that accompanied him.
But now that the world is in sight, my boy, it looks good. Located in a post-apocalyptic paradise in full bloom, Hope County, revived by Far Cry New Dawn, is bursting with promises of weapons and vehicles. He continues the story of Far Cry’s campaign cult 5 as his citizens fight for survival 17 years later.
3. Borderlands 3

Borderlands has been around since the last generation of platforms and after a short break we have the new slice, Borderlands 3. This is a classic series perfectly suited to multiplayer gaming sessions. Players can unite to fight a large number of enemies and search for valuable loot, such as sophisticated weapons, although we know how this mania has turned into a money-grabbing service.
This first-person shooter video game is set to take place after the events at Tales from the Borderlands, where Troy and Tyreen Calypso discovered Vaults outside of Pandora. The players play the role of a safe hunter who was recruited by Lilith, responsible for stopping the evil duo.
4. Rage 2
Rage 2 was officially announced at Bethesda’s press conference, the E3. We know that the game will remain an action packed FPS. Similarly, the game will follow the last ranger known as Walker who must try to survive in a world full of mutants. This is an open world title that players can explore freely at their own pace.
5. OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead
Walking Dead games do not seem to be paused. We know the enormous franchise of Robert Kirkman Zombie, but we have never had good games to manage. Telltale’s Walking Dead is already in the dumpster and the latest Starbreeze Walking Dead game is not really a fun game to play on PC.
This time, Overkill, the creators of Payday, decides to stage his fantasies of survival against zombies in The Walking Dead. Based on critically acclaimed source material, players will be left to survive in a Washington death row. The interest of the game for cooperation changes the game compared to the previous games of Walking Dead.
6. Metro Exodus
Metro: Exodus is an FPS with elements of horror survival. The game takes place a few years after the events of Metro: Last Light, where players play the role of Artyom who decides to flee to the Far East in search of a new life. Just like the last installment, players will have a variety of enemies and creatures that are hiding. Likewise, we can see some new weapons and salvage materials during your trip.
7. Dying Light 2
Techland is back to offer fans of the Dying Light franchise a new installment. The video game will again see players face the threat of the undead, but this time in a new city. Most of these places in the world are run by conflicting factions, making it a permanent battle to determine who controls the area.
As before, this is an FPS with melee combat elements as well. You will find that your character can easily maneuver around buildings and objects with parkour-style skills. However, one of the biggest changes to the game since the first installment is that developers offer players a wide variety of choices.
8. Insurgency: Sandstorm
Focus Home Interactive’s tactical FPS aims to bring together The Best of tactical military simulations and fast-paced shootings. Sandstorm, who started off as a modest Half-Life 2, shows how far they are. Engage in deadly close combat and complete goals with your team. Personalize your character and enter directly into the game. Coordinate with your team, destroy enemy defenses and drive vehicles with machine guns.
9. Wolfenstein: Youngblood
Wolfenstein has had a remarkable longevity in a series that began under MS DOS. Fortunately for the Wolfenstein series, the Nazi massacre never gets old. A year or two after their recent Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, this autonomous fallout will see the protagonist BJ Blazkowiz give way to the central stage to his two twin daughters. In the 1980s, play as Jessica or Sophia and help them overcome the Nazi-infested dystopia.
10. Halo: Infinite
We really can not go into the details of Halo: Infinite, no information has been published so far on the game. This will be the next major episode of the Halo franchise that will continue the history of Master Chief. A small teaser was released during E3 and since then, the 343 Industries development team has not yet given any information on what players can expect.
Instead, players should prepare for more Master Chiefs and perhaps another match against Cortana, but this remains purely speculative. Anyway, we hope that more information on the upcoming Halo title will be revealed at E3 this year, so stay tuned for future updates.
