Entry-level laptops are great for people who want a good daily experience at a very low price. And ASUS’s Vivobook Go 15 line is a great example of this because, at the time this article was written, it cost just under $300 and had all the basic features you’d need to make day-to-day tasks easier.
The ASUS Vivobook Go 15 L510MA-AS02, which we’re about to talk about, is one of its best-selling models. This laptop has a low-power Intel Celeron processor, a clear Full HD screen, a comfortable and roomy keyboard, a good battery life, and a design that makes it easy to carry.

Where to get ASUS Vivobook Go L510 laptop?
The VivoBook 15’s plastic body is a nice 3.5 pounds, which is light for a 15-inch laptop (1.6kg). It might be a little on the chunky side, but at this price, it’s hard to be too picky. Both the base and the lid are surprisingly solid, and I don’t get the cheap, hollow feeling I get from some other low-cost options. The design is neither too flashy nor too plain, and the Slate Grey colour hides fingerprints pretty well.
ASUS had a lot of ports, including a USB-C 3.1 port, two USB-A 2.0 ports, a USB-A 3.1 port, HDMI, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a microSD card reader. There were no problems installing benchmarking software from a microSD card, and the HDMI port is a great way to connect to a TV or an external PC monitor. Unfortunately, the USB-C port doesn’t support power delivery, so you have to use the barrel charging port.
The bezel around the screen, including at the bottom, is nice and thin, which makes the laptop look more modern. With a SpyderX Pro colorimeter, it only reproduced 67% of sRGB colours, 50% of AdobeRGB colours, and 50% of DCI-P3 colours. These are not good results for a high-end laptop used for specialised work, but they are fine for a cheap laptop. At least it has a matte finish and up to 250 nits of brightness and FHD resolution. The screen is big enough to do schoolwork and be productive in general.
