The Ecobee SmartThermostat with Voice Control is a sleek and easy way to add Alexa voice control to your smart home and give you remote access to your HVAC system. If you want to do this, you should strongly consider getting one. This WiFi model did very well compared to other top-rated thermostats. In fact, its ease of use, remote access, and installation tests were some of the best we’ve seen so far. With built-in voice control and the full Alexa voice assistant, you have a great way to get your smart home up and running in one fell swoop.
The Smart Thermostat With Voice Control looks the same as the Ecobee4 at first glance. It’s the same size (4.2 by 4.2 by 1.0 inches) and has a glossy black screen and bezel on a white case. Even though it doesn’t look like it, the 3.5-inch, 480-by-320-pixel color touch display on the new thermostat is covered by a glass screen. The two microphone holes on either side of the screen hide a pair of digital microphones that are better than the analog microphones used in the Ecobee4 because they can cancel out echo and do more with the sound.

Where to get ecobee SmartThermostat with Voice Control?
The new thermostat has a speaker at the bottom of the housing that is twice as loud as the speaker in the old model and has a wider dynamic range. On the top of the device is an LED strip that lights up blue when you use an Alexa voice command and red when the built-in microphone is off. The back plate has 12 terminals for connecting heating, air conditioning, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, air ventilation devices, and other HVAC accessories.
Ecobee comes with a single remote room SmartSensor (shown below) that helps keep your house’s temperature even, especially in rooms that are far from the thermostat. The new sensor has a wider range and a battery that can last up to five years longer than the old one. A pack of two extra SmartSensors can be bought for $79.
