Many Bluetooth headsets are designed with comfort and mic clarity in mind, but too few models also focus on audio performance. The new Evolve2 65 from Jabra is a powerful, well-designed headset for people who need serious call clarity, but it also provides excellent stereo audio for listening to music. In addition to a superb boom mic, an exceptionally comfortable fit, and solid battery life, the headset features MS or UC optimization, comes with a charging stand, and has dedicated controls for Microsoft Teams.

Where to get Jabra Evolve 65 MS Stereo?
[content-egg-block template=offers_logo hide=price]Available in black, gray, or white, were it not for the boom mic, the Evolve2 65 would look very much like a pair of supra-aural (on-ear) headphones. The earpads are lined with a perforated leather-like material, behind which are 40mm drivers delivering a frequency range of 20Hz to 20kHz. The overall fit is lightweight and secure, with plush, silicone-coated foam cushioning on the inside of the headband for extra comfort.
Swiveling the boom mic upward fully mutes the mic, while moving the mic down unmutes it and answers an incoming call. The right earcup houses a three-button array on its side panel, with the middle button controlling playback (pausing automatically puts the headset in ambient listening mode so you can easily talk in person), and the outer buttons control volume up/down and track navigation. The middle button can also be used for answering/ending calls or opening a Microsoft Teams notification and starting the Microsoft Teams app.
The mic system is actually a three-microphone MEMs array that can pick up sounds from 100Hz to 8kHz. We’ll talk more about this in the next section. The L-shaped charging dock has a hardwired USB-A cable (or you can order the USB-C version), or you can charge the headset directly via USB-C. At first, it can be hard to figure out how to dock the headset properly. There are multiple angles at which the earcups can slide onto the stand and be supported, but only when the contacts line up properly—which is hard to see when docking the headset—does the charging process begin. You have to look at the status LED on the stand, which is at the bottom of the charging contacts.
