Step 1. First of all, download the Windows Media Center10.0.10134.0.zip file and Extract the ZIP file where you can easily access.

Step 2. Right click on _TestRights.cmd and choose Run as administrator.
Step 3. A command window will open and some processes will go on.
Step 4. Reboot your PC and open the folder once again.
Step 5. Now, right click on the Installer.cmd file and choose Run as administrator.
Step 6. The Windows Media Center will be installed in no time on Windows 10.
Step 7. You can open the Start Menu and type Media Center and you’ll notice that Windows Media Center is now installed.
