When compared to other noise-cancelling headphones, the Ausounds AU-XT ANC, which has a list price of $199.95, can be considered to be a decent value for the money. It is not necessary for Ausounds to achieve class-leading performance at half the price given that the main competitors in this category are the $400 Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 and the $350 Sony WH-1000XM4.
The good news is that the active noise cancellation (ANC) here is actually fairly strong, and acoustically, the headphones produce a bass-forward, sculpted sound signature. The bad news is that the active noise cancellation (ANC) here is actually pretty weak. If you have the ability to pay slightly more, we recommend the $270 Marshall Mid ANC headphones; nevertheless, the AU-XT ANC headphones are an excellent alternative that costs far less

Ausounds AU-XT ANC review: Design and features
The AU-XT ANC cans only come in this color, so they look boring. If you want your headphones to show what kind of person you are, AU-XT ANC would show that you are quiet. We wouldn’t hold this against these headphones, though. The build quality, which is not the best, is more of a worry. The hinges make more noise than a door in a spooky house, and every time you fold the headphones up to put them in a bag or case, scary cracks come out of them.
Like how they look, the Ausounds AU-XT ANC has a small number of features. There is active noise cancellation, but it works the same for everyone. You don’t get the tools you might expect for this price, like a transparent mode, on-ear detection, or an app. The battery life is a decent 30 hours, but it drops to a less impressive 14 hours when ANC is turned on. When we used these headphones for a few weeks, the battery ran out quickly when the active noise cancellation was turned on, and when the low battery warning came up, it was pretty much game over.
Ausounds AU-XT ANC review: Audio quality
The most notable audio feature offered by AU-XT ANC is prominently displayed in the branding, and the active noise canceling performed really well in this evaluation. Not only was it simple to turn on or off with a toggle switch, but it was also. In addition to that, the toggle included a green LED that illuminated in an easy-to-read manner whenever it was turned on. This pair of headphones from Ausounds came equipped with ANC, however it did not seem to alter the sound quality in any way.
Ausounds AU-XT ANC review: Noise cancellation
On the left headphone, there is only one switch to turn on and off the automatic noise canceling (ANC) function. On the right headphone, there are three buttons. All the buttons do more than one thing. If you are listening to music and a call comes in, you can answer the call by pressing the power button. If you press and hold the button, the call will be turned down. If you press and hold the button when you’re not on a call, you can call up the voice assistant of your choice.
Final Words
The Ausounds AU-XT ANC over-the-ear wireless headphones were great. They are comfortable, sound great, and block out the noises of the outside world, which can sometimes be too much. You don’t know how much you need them until you have them, so if you’re on the fence about getting some, trust me. You need these if you work from home with other people around and are cooped up.

FAQS
If you use noise-cancelling headphones or earbuds instead of hearing protection, you could end up with lifelong hearing loss because these devices don’t protect against noise at work. Using noise-cancelling headphones or earbuds could also distract you and cause something bad to happen.
Because headphones don’t literally block out these low frequency noises all that well, using an active noise cancelling system when there’s a lot of noise will stop a lot of the perceived audio quality loss it can cause.
