The fact that the OnePlus Nord 3 is conceptually similar to the OnePlus 11R Lite is excellent news for those who are concerned about their spending limits. The OnePlus 11R is easily one of the most interesting phones that the company has introduced in recent memory. The Nord 3 is a lot more interesting than the Nord 2, because it provides almost all of the same bells and whistles at a price that is even more reasonable.
The layout is definitely more functional, but it has a professional appearance. And styling, very Nord CE 3 Lite-like. OnePlus uses Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the rear of the device (the frame is constructed of plastic, and it is flat and smooth to the touch), and the company offers an option between two finishes: matte black and glossy green. You have the choice between the two, and whatever option you go with, you can be sure that it will come with a premium touch.

OnePlus Nord 3 5G: Design

The OnePlus Nord 3 5G looks like a more expensive version of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G, which came out earlier this year. It has a similar design and color choices. The new phone’s back is made of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 with slightly rounded corners. We have the color Misty Green. The shiny finish makes it look nice, but it’s easy to get fingerprints and smudges on it. The Tempest Grey color is my favorite because I like the matte finish. Both colors have an IP54 grade, which means they can stand up to dust and water. This ranking wasn’t on the last model.
The OnePlus Nord 3 5G is made of flat plastic with a matte finish. On the right side are the power button and the famous Alert slider. The volume rocker is on the left. On the bottom edge, there is space for a dual-SIM slot, a USB Type-C port, the main speaker grille, and a microphone. At the top, there’s also an infrared (IR) emitter that can be used to control home machines.
OnePlus Nord 3 5G: Display
The OnePlus Nord 3 5G has a 6.74-inch Super Fluid AMOLED panel with a dynamic frame rate from 40Hz to 120Hz, 10-bit color depth, and HDR10+ support for the screen. This makes for a display that is incredibly smooth and quick to respond. The graphics are so smooth that it’s fun to interact with them, and scrolling feels easy.
The colors on the screen look bright and clear, and the viewing angles are great. The brightness of the screen is high enough that it can be seen even in bright sunlight. With the phone’s razor-thin bezels, Widevine L1 certification, and support for HDR10, you will always have a great watching experience, no matter where you are.
OnePlus Nord 3 5G: Camera

OxygenOS 13.1 has a familiar camera interface. There is a Pro mode with a RAW choice, Extra HD, Panorma, Macro, Flim, Slow-mo, Time-Lapse, and Dual-View video. Photos have the Bokeh Flare portrait choice, but videos don’t have any filters. After pixel binning, the back camera can take pictures that are 12.5MP, and the front camera can take pictures that are 16MP.
The 50MP camera worked well during the day, and auto HDR made the dynamic range better. There is an AI mode that can recognize different picture scenes and change the camera settings to make the colors stand out. Even though you can zoom in up to 20X, you lose features as you get closer.
OnePlus Nord 3 5G: Performance and Battery Life
It gets a perfect score on the 3DMark Sling Shot extreme test and a respectable score on the stress test with a steadiness of 76%. As you might imagine from how much RAM it has, the phone has no trouble opening multiple apps at once and quickly switching between them. I didn’t have any problems with my phone getting too hot, but I don’t really play games on it. Like most phones with 5,000mAh batteries these days, it can easily last for a day and a half or even two days of normal use. As long as the phone’s battery was at least 40% charged.
Final Words
The OnePlus Nord 3 5G is great in almost every way, from its beautiful screen and smooth performance to its good cameras, long-lasting battery life, and fast charging speeds. Even though its design may not be as eye-catching as some other smartphones on the market today, the handset is still ergonomic and easy to hold, making it a nice device to use.
OnePlus Nord 3 5G review: The good and The bad

The Bad

Questions and Answers
When the screen is on, it takes longer for the battery to charge, like more than 90 minutes. The battery dies after 6 to 7 hours of screen time, and it’s almost dead by the time bedtime mode is turned on.
Last but not least, the Nord has a pretty bad battery life in general. Even with a 90Hz screen, it has an average SOT of 5 hours, which doesn’t seem right for a 4000 mAh battery.
