Samsung Galaxy A50s – Design
Following the lines of the Galaxy A50, the A50s also feature a shiny and reflective coating that produces attractive hues of different colors. However, this time, the back panel has been modified to include a prism-shaped pattern that emphasizes only the reflective colors. The back is also subject to fingerprints and stains very ateasilyest, and it would be tough to keep the back of the phone clean. Light follows a camera module in the upper left corner of the back panel. The initials of the company occupying a central position are also engraved on the back. This is a configuration similar to that of the A50.
The volume rocker and power button are placed on the right edge while the SIM card slot is on the left side. Exposed frames surrounding the screen are flush with a U-shaped cutout. The bottom edge of the phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C, and a rack for speaker. There is another at the top of the notch.

Samsung Galaxy A50s – Display
Samsung’s new offering includes an Infinity-U Full-HD + (1080×2340 pixels) Super AMOLED display that delivers vivid color and impressive brightness with good readability to sunlight. However, the integrated fingerprint sensor was a bit slow compared to what we saw on other phones of the same price.
Given the size, we think that this display is identical to the one we saw on the Galaxy A50. If this is true, the screen is also surmounted by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
Samsung Galaxy A50s – Camera
Samsung has also upgraded the Galaxy A50’s camera hardware and equipped the phone with a 48-megapixel primary camera, unlike the Galaxy A50’s 25-megapixel sensor. There is also an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The front-selfie camera has also been updated to become a 32-megapixel sensor. The company added a Night Mode to the Galaxy A50, a first for a mid-range Galaxy A phone, as well as a Super Steady mode for video recording.

The Samsung Galaxy A50 is powered by the 10nm Exynos 9611 SoC, which appears to be an updated version of the Exynos 9610 powering the Galaxy A50. The phone contains up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage, while an Android Pie-based user interface handles software-related tasks. Support for Samsung Pay based on NFC technology also separates the Galaxy A50 Galaxy A50. We love the look and feel of One UI, and in our brief experience, navigating through the user interface, surfing the web and doing multiple tasks at once was a straightforward task.

The optimization of the 48MP camera has been our focus, and we look forward to checking this for our comprehensive review.
