Reviewing your data on Instagram

Android and iPhone

Touch or your profile picture in the lower right corner to access your profile.

Touch in the upper right corner and tap Definitions.

Tap Security and then Access Data.

To review a specific type of data, tap View All.

Windows and Mac

Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner, then click on Definitions.

Click Privacy & Security.

Scroll down to Account Data and click View Account Data.

To review a specific type of data, click View All.

Mobile browser

Downloading a copy of your data on Instagram

Android and iPhone

Touch or your profile picture in the lower right corner to access your profile.

Touch in the upper right corner and tap Definitions.

Tap Security and then Download Data.

Enter the email address where you want to receive a link to your data and tap Request download.

Enter your Instagram account password and tap Next, then tap Done.

You will soon receive an email titled Your Instagram Details with a link to your details. Tap Download Data and follow the instructions to finish downloading your information.

Windows and Mac

Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner, then click on Definitions.

Click Privacy & Security.

Scroll down to Data Download and click Request Download.

Enter the email address where you would like to receive a link to your data and click Next.

Enter your Instagram account password and click Request Download.

You will soon receive an email titled Your Instagram Details with a link to your details. Click Download Data and follow the instructions to complete the download of your information.
