How To Use Instagram Polls – Guide

Today we’re releasing an interactive voting sticker on Instagram Stories that lets you ask a question and see the results of your friends and followers when they vote. Whether you’re planning clothes for tomorrow, choosing class, or going to dinner, it’s now easy to share a poll with two options in your story. Once you’ve taken a photo or video for your story, select the “Poll” sticker and place it anywhere – you can write your own question and even customize your poll selections.

Open Instagram and swipe left.

To start doing Instagram surveys, the first thing you need to do is open the app. Then you’ll slide to the left. This will take you to the screen where you can post in your stories.

Be sure to post to Story (below the record button)

Once you’re here, be sure to post in your story. under the record button, you’ll see if you’re posting a story, a Moment or if you’re going live.

To post a poll, be sure to post in your Story.

Make the video or photo you want to post.

Now, just take the video or photo you want to post.

If you saved it, just select the contents of this screen by clicking the image icon in the lower left corner. This will take you to your camera scroll where you can select a video or image.

Click on the sticker icon in the upper right corner.

To add the poll, click on the sticker icon in the upper right corner. It is the third icon from the left.

Scroll down and choose poll or look for the slider poll.

You will now see different sticker options, including location, time, questions, and more. Scroll down and choose the poll icon.

You can take a question and answer poll or a mobile poll. To choose a slider vote, you’ll want to scroll until you find the slider option.

Enter the question and answers.

If you’ve chosen the question and answer, it’s time to type in your question and possible answers.

If you chose the slider, enter your question and add an emoji to the slider.

Click “Send To” and share your poll in your story.

Now all that’s left to do is post. To do this, just click “Send to” and share the post in your Story.
