Disable IPv6 option in adapter settings

If troubleshooting cannot resolve the issue, disabling the IPv6 option in the adapter settings can definitely help resolve the issue.

To disable the option, open the Start Menu and click on the Settings tile in the ‘Pinned apps’ section or by searching for it.

Then, in the ‘Wi-Fi Properties’ window, scroll down to find the ‘Internet Protocol Version (TCP/IPv6)’ and click on the previous checkbox to deselect the option. Once unchecked, click on the ‘OK’ option to apply the settings and close the window.

Change power management settings
