How to Use WebEx on a Smart TV

using android Phone or Chrome Tablet Stream Cisco Webex Meeting to TV

In the control center of your Android device, choose the screen cast icon

Now tap on chrome cast device to mirror

If your mirroring is successful, automatically your smart phone screen displayed on tv

After that, open the Cisco WebEx Meeting Application. Then tap the join meeting menu to join a meeting

After completing the meeting in the Cisco WebEx Meeting app, tap the broadcast icon

After that choose disconnect option to stop mirroring.

Using iPad/iPhone for Chrome Stream Cisco WebEx Meeting to TV

To mirror the device with the tv, we need to install the streamer fro chrome cast app for iOS smartphone.

Open streamer for chrome cast app and click on cast icon

Now tap on your chrome cast device that appeared on your TV screen

After that click on screen conversion to mirror processing option

Now choose start mirroring icon and start casting on subsequent screens.

After that, all your smart iOS phone screen is mirrored for chrome cast tv

Now open the Cisco meeting app, to host or join a meeting, which appears on your TV

After completing your meeting, now tap End button for disconnecting your meeting

Then open the streamer for chrome cast one more time and choose the stop casting icon to stop mirroring

Using PC to Chrome Streaming Cisco Webex Meeting to TV

Now open Chrome search engine on your PC and type webex.com

Then tap on the main menu (three dots icon) and select the broadcast option

After that select the font button and click on the broadcast guide option

To proceed with your meeting, click the broadcast tab

After finishing your meeting, tap on the Cast icon and click on the Chrome Cast device to stop the casting
