Look for the flashing face icon at the bottom of Gboard and tap on it.

Tap Install Bitmoji.

Download and install the Bitmoji Android app.

Open the Bitmoji Android app.

Select Continue with Snapchat, Create Avatar, or Login.

To define up your Bitmoji avatar depending on the login option you selected.

Open a typing app and tap the square smiley face icon in Gboard again.

Tap the flashing face icon at the bottom of Gboard.

Choose any Bitmoji sticker you like and tap on it to send.

once you defined up your Bitmoji avatar in the Android app, the stickers will automatically appear on Gboard. From there, you can combine Bitmoji and Gboard’s best emoji mashups into your conversations.
