According to Lenovo’s specs sheets, this should be available in a number of other configurations, up to Core i9-12900HK, RTX 3070 100W, and miniLED display. At the time this article was written, however, most places only had the 3050Ti and 3060 models, which aren’t as good.
The Slim 7i Carbon we tested has a 12th Generation Core i7-1260P processor with four Performance cores, eight Efficient cores, and 16 threads. It also has 16GB of LPDDR5 memory, a 512GB solid-state drive, and Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics.
Our test model is available at Walmart and possibly other stores for different prices. If you buy the Slim 7i Carbon from Lenovo.com, you don’t have many options for how it’s set up. But for $100 more, you can get it there with a 1TB SSD.

Where to get Lenovo Slim 7i laptop?
The Slim 7i Carbon gets its name from the material that makes up its lid. It also has a magnesium-aluminum alloy for its chassis, which is used in aerospace. Even though it’s 0.58 by 11.9 by 8.1 inches and weighs 2.17 pounds, it’s one of the lightest ultraportables you’ll find (HWD). The Apple MacBook Air M2, a leading competitor, is about the same size but weighs almost half a pound more.
The 13.3-inch Lenovo PureSight touch screen has a resolution of 2,560-by-1,600 pixels and a few extra features that most consumer compacts don’t have. It is calibrated at the factory for high colour accuracy right out of the box and has a 90Hz refresh rate instead of the usual 60Hz. Other features, like the 16:10 aspect ratio, which is becoming more popular, and the certified low blue-light emissions, are more common.
The Legion Slim 7i uses the performance and efficiency cores of Intel’s new 12th-generation architecture. The laptop did a good job with productivity tasks, using its 20 threads to speed through tasks that depended on the CPU. In PC Mark and Cinebench, the laptop got scores that were out of this world.
