The Razer Mamba Elite is a great wired gaming mouse for people who use their right hand. It has a sleek, black design that looks a lot like other Razer mice. It also has 20 RGB zones that can be changed to fit any gaming setup.
It’s great for gaming because it has a short time between clicks and the CPI and polling rate can be changed. Even though it’s a little on the big side, any hand size should be able to hold it with a palm grip. However, people with smaller hands may find it a little too big for a fingertip or claw grip.

Even the life of the battery is better. Razer says that the Mamba’s rechargeable battery can be used to play games for 20 hours straight, while the Ouroboros’ battery only lasts for 12 hours. It’s also better than the 16 hours that the old Mamba said it could last. Still, you shouldn’t always expect the mouse to last 20 hours.
The 1000Hz polling rate will use more battery life than the default 500Hz polling rate, but you can choose it if you care about the difference between a 1ms report rate to your PC and a 2ms report rate. I’ve tried the Mamba and many other gaming mice, but I haven’t been able to tell a difference between them.
When it comes to weight, the Deathadder is still the clear winner. The Mamba is a heavy mouse because it has batteries in it. It weighs more than 140 grams (about 0.3 pounds). At over 160 grams, that is a bit lighter than the wireless Logitech G602, but the G602 is a bit bigger and doesn’t feel as heavy.
In comparison, the Deathadder is about 105 grams, and some gaming mouse weigh less than 100 grams. Even though the Mamba skates well, you can feel its weight when you hold it.
The Mamba Elite has a slight ergonomic tilt that means it can only be used with the right hand. The sides have latex grips that make it easy to hold the mouse firmly, and the buttons are close and easy to press. This mouse works well for all hand sizes if you hold it in your palm, but if you want to use a claw or fingertip grip, it might be a bit big for people with small hands.
The Razer Mamba Elite is a fairly light mouse, but not as light as the Cooler Master MM710, the Finalmouse Ultralight 2 – Cape Town, or the EQEOVGA D10 RGB, which are all ultra-light gaming mice. You can’t also change the weight of this mouse.
