- Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys to summon the Task Manager.
- Navigate to Processes and highlight it to check the active processes running on your computer.
- Scroll to Firefox and right-click on it, and select End Task.
- After a few seconds, open Firefox.

Edit the Extensions.json File
- Open Firefox, input about:support in the address bar, and press Enter.
- Locate the Profile Folder item and click the Open Folder button next to it.
- Now, exit Firefox and close all the related processes. In the pop-up File Explorer window, locate the extensions.json file and open it with Notepad.
- Press Ctrl + F, input appDisabled, and click Find Next to locate the item quickly. Then, change its value to false. Next, search for signedState in the same way and change its value to 2.
- Save the file and close it.
Remove the Toolbars and Buttons Customization
- Launch Firefox and open the Menu.
- Choose Customize from the drop-down Firefox menu.
- When you get to the following page, click the Restore Defaults button at the bottom right corner of the window.
Reset Mozilla Firefox
- Launch Mozilla Firefox.
- Lik the 3-horizontal bar button at the upper right corner.
- From the menu, select Help.
- Under that, a new sub-menu will open from which you have to select the option More troubleshooting information.
- A new window will open. You will see an option Refresh Firefox. Click on it.
- To confirm the action, click again on Refresh Firefox when a pop-up dialog box appears.
Restart the Computer

- The above term will show up with its value set as True.
- Click on the toggle button to change the value of the option to False
- Make sure to relaunch Mozilla Firefox.
