After a certain period of time, you can choose to automatically delete your YouTube search and viewing history. Here is a step-by-step method to delete your YouTube history automatically.

How to Clear YouTube History on a PC

A desktop computer is one of the most popular platforms for watching YouTube. If you want to delete your viewing history on a PC, whether it’s a Windows, Chrome OS or Mac OS, follow the instructions below.

Removing videos individually

Click on the main menu in the upper left corner of the YouTube page to reveal the directory. This is the three-line icon next to the YouTube logo.

In the left menu, under Library, click History.

Scroll through the list of videos to find the one you want to remove from your history.

Click the X icon in the upper right corner of the video.

Repeat the process for each video you want to delete from your records.

Navigate out of this page when finished.
