How to Fix PUBG Stuck on Loading Screen Issue

    • Move the Game to a Solid State Drives (SSD)

    • Lower the Display Resolution

  • Open the Control Panel by searching for Cortana and go to “System and Security” > “Windows Firewall (Windows Defender Firewall)”.

  • Click “Incoming Rules” on the left, then click “New Rule” on the right.
  • Then select the program (default) and click the [Next] button.
  • Paste the PUGB file directory link you just copied into the box under the “This program path” option. Next, click Browse, select the local file directory as shown above, and click Next to continue.
  • Make sure the Allow the connection option is selected and click Next.
  • You will be asked “When will this rule be applied?” You will be asked. Click Next.
  • Enter a name for this incoming rule and click Finish.

    • Once you have created a new inbound rule, you will need to create a new outbound rule for PUGB game files. The operating procedure is the same as creating the inbound rule above; after configuring the Windows Firewall settings, restart the computer to see if the PUBG not loading issue has been resolved.

    Update the Graphics Card Driver

    The report claims that an outdated graphic card driver can also contribute to PUBG not loading properly. Therefore, updating the graphics card driver might fix the issue. This is how:

  • Press Win + X keys and select “Device Manager” from the contextual menu.
  • Expand Display Adapters, right-click on the graphics card driver, and select Update Driver. You can then choose to update the driver either manually or automatically based on your needs.
